Parasailing excursion

I want to do a parasailing excursion but I don't see any in the list of shore excursions from the ship (vision). We're going to Cozumel and Roatan. I've looked up a few and am leaning closer to paradise-beach-cozumel.com. Is there any place you recommend?

I could be wrong but I believe RCCL discontinued parasail excursions a couple of years ago when the mom and daughter died from falling in St Thomas. I remember it well because my buddy and I were on the exact same parasail excursion--even on the same parasail boat---one week earlier.
