I have a friend who has been to st maarten and has brought back cigarettes for some other friends. I was wondering how much a carton of cigarettes (camels, marlboros, newports) goes for since these friends have put in a request for me to bring some back for them.

Last time I was there, it was 20- 25 bucks a carton. But make sure you're aware of how many you can bring back so you don't have an issue with customs
