Hotel Maya to Port

We are staying at Hotel Maya before our cruise and does anyone know if the Maya offers a shuttle to the port and what they charge or is it free? Also how early can we start to check in, we are on the Miracle for a 7 day cruise in April.

We stayed at the Maya in Feb and we also took a cruise on the Miracle. The shuttle is free but we gave the driver a $5.00 tip. We got to the pier about 10.00 am. took us less than 5 min to check in. Have fun on your cruise

If you have easy to handle luggage on wheels, you can even walk it...From the front door of the Maya Doubletree to the front of the Carnival Dome, it's .7 miles--or the length of about 10 football fields...and a flat, straight, even walk with no streets to cross...

What is anyone's experience with returning to the hotel after the cruise. Do you have to call them for pick up?

After you get your bags call them.Where they drop you off is where they pick you up.

The porter took us right to where the hotel shuttle comes. We didn't have to call for it.

The hotel receptionist told us to call them after we get out of the terminal. We called and waited, but at the wrong location. After waiting for a while, we called again and they said the shuttle picked up some people and they sent the shuttle out again within 10 minutes. Free but we tipped the drivers both ways.

Did hotel Maya have a free shuttle to the grocery store or CVS?

There is free bus called publix it will take you all around
