Breakaway Walk Around Deck ???

We are sailing soon on the Breakaway and I was wondering if there is a deck where you can walk outside around the entire perimeter of the ship. (Not the jogging loop) It is hard to tell from the deck plans if it exists.

Not the entire length of the ship. There is the Waterfront on deck 8 but it's only about two thirds of the ship's length and you need to walk through the ship indoors by the fwd elevators to complete the loop.

Deck 8 actually goes around a bit more than 2/3 of the way. The walkway wraps around the aft (you can peer down into The Manhattan Room) and goes almost all the way to the front of the ship, where you have to just walk across inside.
