My kids want to try a Hunt on our upcoming GLORY cruise. I seem to remember trying to find a PaperMate pen on one a while back.

My kids want to try a Hunt on our upcoming GLORY cruise. I seem to remember trying to find a PaperMate pen on one a while back.

Welcome to Cruise Critic!

 

I love ship scavenger hunts, there are so many items to look for. I'll

start you off with one.

 

Take a peek around and try to locate the ship's lucky coin. In your

case, the Carnival Glory ship coin.

 

The ship coin(s), lucky coin, are suppose to appease to the gods and create

good luck. The coin is placed into a metal box (by the ship builders) and is

welded to the ship. Some ships have a (paper bill) inside instead of, or along

with a coin.

 

Without telling you where it is located of course; I will however show

you a photo, so you know what to look for.

I forgot about the builder coins, Thanks, we'll have to search!

Also, I assume they still do Scavenger Hunts either at Camp Carnival or scheduled in the Fun Times?

The coin on the Victory isnt accessible anymore. We were told Uppa Uppa by the captain as we were sure od the area and further looking and asking, we cant get to where it is. Just FYI incase you try on her.

There were kids doing a scavenger hunt in the Victory, with the people in my group, was able to knock some of the harder items for them to cover. Like, find someone with a twin, my cruise buddy, she has a twin brother.

Yes to both. Off the Sunshime on 2/23/14 & both occurred. I only know about it happening at CC because some kids entered the Bloggers event to take a group hug photo.
