Catamaran/snorkel tour??

I am not a fan of little boats, so I am looking for a great catamaran trip to go snorkeling and then a little beach time. We did this last year through NCL, but Princess doesn't offer it.

 

Please suggest some reputable companies to use!

We are looking for a beach/snorkel excursion too. NCL has the Bannister Island one, but it leaves from the ship at noon, and I'm not sure we would want to tender into Belize after we return to do an hour of souvenier shopping, and I'd like to visit the chocolate shop.

Has anyone done the Eco Tours excursion to Geoff Caye or the Sun Kissed Geoff Caye from BCE? I would love time details on each. I see how long they are, but am wondering what time they leave from the port. I cant find that detail. Also, how many people are one each excursion?

Does anyone out there have a preference, and why? Did you enjoy it? I love, love, love details!
