Swim with sting rays or turtles?

Has anyone ever been on either of these excursions? We are cruising with Royal Caribbean and there are two shore excursions we are interested in.

One is swimming with sting rays, I believe it's called "Everyone loves rays". I've been swimming with sting rays before but it was almost 20 years and we went to Sting Ray City. This excursion seems short, I think it was 3 or 4 hours. There was no meal included but I read on a forum that a Margaritaville free drink voucher was included? I liked that it seemed the excursion was close without extensive traveling by boat or bus. I also like that you can touch them.

The other is swimming with Turtles, I think called "Sea turtle snorkel". This one was further away, required a boat ride. That concerned me a bit since I get sea sick (would need to take pills). It was a longer excursion, but also included lunch and time on the beach. It was also twice the amount of money as the sting ray excursion. You also can't touch the turtles, so just wondering to myself if it's worth it.
