faroozi Posted March 4, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2014 I know and understand the dress code for the main dining room at night. But what is the dress code for breakfast? I know cutoffs and swimsuits are not allowed, but are you allowed to wear nice shorts and nice t-shirts? I don't want to change before leaving the ship, but don't want to eat at the buffet every morning because I want to wear shorts (long) off the ship. cherbear4000 Posted March 4, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2014 Shorts and t-shirts are fine in the MDR for breakfast (and even dinner on casual nights despite what others will tell you). Tank tops on men are not allowed in the MDR at anytime. My 16yr old nephew was turned away from breakfast in the MDR because he had a sleeveless shirt on. I can second that, one of our friends was also turned away at breakfast because he was in a tank top. Had to return to his cabin and change. Gym shorts were OK though.
