I realized NCL offers shore excursions day of debarkation but none of these appeal.

 

Does anyone know of a company that picks up at the pier and returns you to the airport after the tour?

Google is your friend. I just put in "tours in Honolulu". I don't see any specifically stating from the cruise pier, tour, to the airport. You will probably have to call a couple and see if they will offer that. All I see are tours, then separately shared shuttles from the pier to the airport.

 

And it may be such a thing that NCL has those vendors tied up. All you can do is ask.

Roberts Hawaii offers 2:

Pearl Harbor & Honolulu city or North Shore & Polynesian Cultural Center.

Don' t recall NCL's offers, but probably similar.
