Sharps Containers?

My husband and I will be traveling on the Triumph for the first time leaving Monday. We are both diabetic. While we don't use needles we do use lancets. Does Carnival provide a Sharps container? If so, how does one go about requesting one?

yes they will provide them for the safety of thier staff. Just ask your room steward for one .

I always ask as soon as we meet the room steward and is usually there by that night at bed turn down or before. On the Sunshine we met the room steward on our way to cabin and I had it before sailaway.

You should be able to request it beforehand as well. When answering an inquiry about medication refrigeration, my PVP offered to note the need for a Sharps container on my account and said it should be in my cabin upon arrival.

We have three in our group and asked our travel agent to note it for us. She also put in a first come, first served request for a frig.

If you go to your booking on the Carnival website and then click on "my guests" and hit edit for the person, there is a place to mark "sharps container" and it should be in cabin for you....if not, ask cabin steward for it.
