Chef's Table question

Do you really have to wait until you get on board to book the Chef's table? Isn't there another way?

You can email the steakhouse on your ship to book the chefs table, that's what I did.

 

Keep in mind, if you email someone be sure to spell out the date, for example April 2nd 2014 because most non-U.S. countries use a different date format so 4/2/14 translates into February 4th 2014...ya found out the hard way :-)

I suppose I can add a third option. We used the form on John Heald's blog. It worked out just fine for us.

Yup, we have requested it through John Heald both times, pretty much guaranteed that you will get reservations though you most likely will not receive any sort of confirmation until you board.

I concur. We have done Chefs table on several ships and emailed the steakhouse before the cruise and got an email back the next day confirming our reservation.

 

As they only offer it on 2 nights and take 12 people max per night, we don't like to take a chance and always book beforehand.

What night do you think it would be offered on a 5-day? I want to book for my fiance and I, but its our wedding cruise and we have lots of stuff planned.
