Hi Everyone,

 

I just found out that the AOS's last sail date from PR is at the end of April 2015 for the 7 day Souther Caribbean sailings. Does anyone have any idea what ship they will use to replace her?

Rumor says Navigator, but nothing confirmed yet.

I don't know which ship will be ported out of PR but the Explorer will be doing 9 night southern itineraries out of Cape Canaveral starting late this year or early next year I believe.

Thanks!!! I guess I will just have to wait around a little longer to see. I would love to go on a more updated ship if possible. But I love the ports of call out of San Juan. It looks like AOS is in drydock now does anyone know what she is having done?

All the Basics of paint and furniture, plus electronic improvements like flat screens, interactive panels, outdoor tv restaurants like every other ship in the fleet. A complete refresh and overhaul. List is on RCCL site.

She's not in dry dock yet-has a few more sailings to go. They were added after I believe. She's getting the pervasive Wi-fi (which they started when we on last week), the info screens, a Cupcake Cupboard and a screen on the pool deck.

 

What I heard they were adding anyway.

Thats funny because I called RC yesterday and Customer Service said that she didnt see that a cupcake cupboard would be put on that ship and that it was currently in dry dock WTH:rolleyes::eek:

I heard that the Navigator may be replacing the Jewel.....
