mikawalton Posted March 11, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2014 Has anyone ever stayed in rooms Staterooms 8244,8544 or 6598 on Explorer of the Seas? Do they have a sleeper sofa or is it just that upper berth? Is it a comfortable room with a child and two parents?

All the staterooms you listed have one pullman bed (upper berth), no sleeper sofa. Depending on the age of the child, my guess would be they would consider the pullman a huge novelty. mikawalton Posted March 12, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted March 12, 2014 Thanks, You. Ok. back to the drawing board. Does any of the staterooms have a sofa bed? the pictures are quite deceiving.

Yes, there are balcony staterooms with a sofa bed. Look at the deck plans at this link: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/findacruise/ships/ship/decks/deck/home.do?shipCode=EX You're looking for a stateroom with a small triangle symbol on it. That signifies a sofa bed.
