Inside cabin room/level selection

We have always cruised with a balcony room, but this December we are looking to make a couple of trips so are going interior. Our choices for ships are Fascination and Paradise. Has anyone traveled either recently and had an interior room? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Haven't been on either of the two ships, but always book interior rooms on the ones we have been. What we do (and have been told by PVP and others), is to have a floor of cabins both above and below. Should cut down on the noise levels.
