Transfer options

First time travelling to Galveston / Texas.

 

We are travelling in a group of 8 (3 adults, 5 kids) for a November 8th sailing.

 

Cruise leaves on a Saturday and our flights arrive mid morning on the Friday.

 

Looking for all options to get 8 people to a hotel and to the cruise port for the most reasonable rate. I'd consider all options including car rentals or even van service. The best would be to rent a van that holds 8 but I understand that may not be the most economical.

 

Cruise Disembarks Saturday early am and our flight leaves Saturday around 7pm.
