Can anyone explain to me how the on board credits work? We have 350 dollars worth through NCL. I know the one we have through our travel agent we submit paperwork for after the trip. This was called cruise cash not a cruise credit.

so you automatically get it and don't have to fill anything out?

There might be a note in your cabin that says that you should take it to Guest Services but we have always gotten all OBC to our account without doing anything.

You can log into your MyNCL account online and look at your booking. If it is an NCL OBC you should see it on your reservation.

This is not always the case. I negotiated a $100 OBC direct with NCL and received a document by E-mail showing the OBC. This does not appear on My account.
