Dreamer Catamaran Cruise

We will be traveling with our 9 and 11 yo kids Easter Break on RCl Liberty. I have been unable to find enough reviews about the Dreamer shore excursion through cruise line. Plenty of reviews from resort goers booking day trips. Looking for input on if this excursion is worth it. I can't really find too many Falmouth trips that look fun. We are all adrenaline junkies and have done Dunns River Falls. Advice??
