Exercise routines while on a cruise. Please don't laugh!!!

Was on CB 4/23 sailing.

Take the stairs - - - up and down---walk outside on jogging track- top deck at the bow--- portion control- -taste everything but only really eat what you can't live without--- share the drinks with a partner----take the stairs--- go to ballroom dancing lessons 1st sea day to learn the Swing with James, the CD- awesome and tiring-----take the stairs------walk into town on excursions----walk on excursions----swim in the pools and swim at the beaches.--drink plenty of water-drink plenty of water.

I ate what I wanted (but practiced portion control- except in Sabbatinis) and LOST 1.8 lbs!!!

I'm going on RCCL's Voyager of the Seas in2 weeks- food isn't as good, but I'll "get out there" and walk (cabin is next to stairs) and snorkel twice and swim in the pools. Hope I won't gain.
