Yep, taxi cabs are plentiful and its not too expensive since it's pretty close. Easy.

 

As for disembark time from Freedom, both times Ive sailed, I could have left by 8 am, but you just don't know when the unexpected could hold things up. I wouldn't book my return flight before 11:00 am just to be on the safe side. JMHO

If you are disembarking on a Saturday or Sunday, you want to allow extra time at FLL since Oasis and Allure also disembark those days. FLL becomes a total ZOO once the passengers from the Oasis class ships get there.

MOST people DO use a cab to the port. Easy, fast and cheap.

 

Most ships want you off by 9:45 or so. Not sure about your specific.
