Skydiving in and around New Orleans

This might be a weird question, but has anyone any experience of doing a skydive around New Orleans? We are staying in New Orleans after our cruise (in april) and I want to give my husband a skydive for his birthday (he always wanted to do one, so I thought it could be nice to do it here....and of course the dollar is pretty cheap for us Swedes too:)).

 

I have done some research online and found a few places, but it would be nice to get some feedback from someone who's actually done it!

 

I live in Sweden so it's not that easy to just call and check, so before I make a decision about where to book, I thought I'd ask here....you never know...

Google search Skydive Nawlins and you will find their site. My son and his high school friends did a jump with them a couple years ago.

 

They are located about 30 minutes outside of New Orleans in a city called Slidell, LA.

I did find that website when I was looking around, so now I might just go ahead and book! Always nice to know that someone else has used the same company:)
