Arriving in FLL and want to do an air boat ride through the everglades....is there a good one to take and how to book....arriving on the Coral Princess in October on the Panama canal repositioning cruise....want to take the tour the day the boat arrives and kill time to the afternoon and then check into a hotel as we are staying for a few extra days...Thanks.

Depending on how much driving you want to do, you have several options. West of Ft Lauderdale is Sawgrass Recreation Park and Everglades Holiday Park, both of which do the airboat rides. Or, further west, you have Billie Swamp Safari which offers airboat rides, swamp buggy rides and other attractions. We've been to Sawgrass and Billie Swamp safari and enjoyed them both.

Thanks for the advice.....apparently Princess does offer a airboat ride package for people who have late plane departures...will check that out also...hope it is not too expensive as off the ship ones are usually more money...anyone done the ship one????
