Has anyone used EcoTours for Caye Caulker shark ray snorkeling?

I am looking for reviews/first hand accounts of your trip with EcoTours to on their shark/ray caye caulker trip. Specifically, how many people went? Did you get back to the pier in plenty of time? Was there enough time for lunch on CC? What were the boats like? Any pictures? You know... all the details!

They offer this tour directly through NCL now, and I'm leaning toward that, but it's twice as much money, and I know there will be a ton of people crammed into it. I have two little kids (7 and 8) who are very experienced on boats, excellent swimmers, and experienced snorkelers, so that's not as much of a worry, but of course I want something where safety is a priority.

If there's a similar company that you've used, I'd like to hear about that too... I'm not interested in just taking the water taxi over and negotiating a trip to the reef.
