Lately, there have been many posts on terrible experiences with Celebrity customer service, particularly relating to being on hold for a long time. Over the last few weeks, I have contacted Celebrity customer service 3 times regarding information on our upcoming Pacific Coastal cruise. The first time I called, I was on hold for about 6 minutes. The second time I called regarding the possibility of upgrading our cabin, I had ZERO hold time. The third time I called, earlier this evening, I again had ZERO hold time. This time the rates for an upgrade were amazing--my cruise must be poorly booked! I know it's much easier to post when one has a complaint. I just wanted to relate my positive experience--little to no hold time and helpful customer service representatives.:D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
akowilm Posted March 29, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2014 I called this morning to speak with a Captain's Club rep about a last minute upgrade for a friend's cabin. I was on hold for 30 seconds when Victoria answered my call. She was helpful, polite, pleasant to speak with, and even laughed at my stupid joke! She was also able to complete the (surprise) upgrade for me so that my best friend on her first sailing will now be Concierge class rather than Ocean view.
