We are going on the ncl dawn this summer. Are cosmos included in the ultimate drink pkg.?

It depends on the vodka. Mixed drinks that cost less than $8.50 are included. If you want your cosmo with top shelf vodka the price is probably closer to $11 & would not be included. You can read all of the details about the UBP on NCL's official site. You should review the exact terms to determine if the package works for you.
