Is Giovanni's the only pay restaurant open for lunch on embarkation day?

Recommended Posts

The more I think about our party of 13 trying to jostle through the buffet on day 1, the more I like the idea of doing Giovanni's instead. Is it the only pay restaurant open during embarkation? My dad is slightly fussy about Italian food because he gets violently sick if he eats garlic.

Three more easy questions for the smart, wonderful folks around here:

Is there a kid's menu for Giovanni's? Bowl of pasta, etc?

Does anyone know if they have large enough tables for a party of 13 or will we be split up?

One more question: Can Giovanni's accommodate our carry-on luggage inside? I'm picturing our roll bags tripping waiters...

Thanks!!

I think it is the only 'pay' specialty restaurant serving at lunch on embarkation day. (Oasis class)

I think the largest single table is usually for 8, but they should be able to get you in a section together.

There will be space to put the luggage along the wall out of the way.

They will handle your special order to the best of their ability.

I do not think they have an official 'kids' menu, but they will be able to find menu items appealing to your children.
