Dream aft balcony room

We are booked in an aft balcony room below the Ledo deck, cabin 9476. I have read posts from a few years ago that said these rooms are very noisy. Has anyone been in one of these rooms recently? Has Carnival done any sound proofing to make it better or should I look for a different room? We don't sail until June 2015. Thanks for any replies.

I have read the same thing. I can't find any newer reviews but I did see where one couple had that room in 2010 and the noise was so bad they had 15% of their fare refunded.

 

I like to play it safe and have cabins above and below me, just my preference.
