What is the Thalassotherapy pool? I did some searching, but it just looks like a jacuzzi? Nothing WRONG with that ;) but just wondering if there is something special/different about it? There is a charge for this?

Tell me more about it! :D

It is like a huge hot tub that is deeper than normal seats a lot more people and has jets all over. It is located at the spa so you have to be in a spa cabin or pay through the spa I believe. It sits inside but the view looks out over the ocean.

It's not as hot as a hot tub so it felt strange at first but strangely relaxing. It made you feel more buoyant, maybe?

From reading on different boards, it's not suppose to be hot.

We liked it a lot on the Splendor as we were in Spa cabins that came with two week long passes to the spa amenities including the thalassotherapy pool. Wife and I used it daily.

In a nut shell... Thumbs Up!

It's a little slice of Heaven, specially after a long day of sightseeing. And it is different than a hot tub. Warm, but not hot. Different feel altogether. More intense jets but at the same time it feels like you're floating on bubbles. That, combined with the hot stone loungers, is the perfect combination to soothe sore muscles.

It is only the best thing ever!

It is like a large hot tub, but with very warm instead of hot water.

The key thing is that the water has salt and minerals added to it that are supposed to be absorbed through your skin as you relax in it.

On my Splendor cruise a couple of years ago I was in the thing every single day at least once. No better way to relax after very active shore excursions than to go sooth your body and mind in the thalasso pool. So worth the money for me to have access for the week.

It has a built in lounger stretching across the length of the pool that's just beneath the water. You can fit quite a few people on it comfortably. So you don't have to sit on the typical hot tub seat, you can stretch out on the lounger and relax and enjoy the hot bubbly mineral water. :D it's great for arthritis or sore achy muscles. We loved it. ;)

While DH & I love Thermal Suites and always buy passes (Unless in Spa Cabin where they are part of the deal) to me it's a glorified hut tub. It smells of chorine just like the hot tubs. I didn't notice any big temperature differences, but a big plus no kids in them since the thermal suite is adult only.

Do all of the ships have this?

No. Only the ships with the Cloud 9 Spa.

Except Sunshine...she doesn't have the T-pool. (From what I've read on the boards.)
