Need help choosing dinner time

We did early last time with our 2 kids and did make it every night but sometimes it was a rush. We are trying MTD to see how it works. We are on the Breeze with one of our stops until 11pm so it will give us flexibility. But with a group the flexibility might be more trouble than it is worth. May want to pick a set dining. Also some nights the Late Diners do the show before dinner, which then give you time to see a comedy show or clubs after dinner.

We've done assigned seating and YTD with large groups and both worked out great. We always bring white boards for our cabin doors which makes coordinating a little easier. We've gotten YTD three times and were always sat at the same tables with the same servers each time.
