Are there trees for shade or any restaurants nearby?

There is a small restaurant/cafe at Horseshoe bay. I think there are trees/bushes near the back of the beach, but I'm not sure how much shade they provide. They do however have umbrella and chair rentals at the beach.

Most of the shade is when you first enter. There's a small café with sandwiches/ice cream. Also the chair and umbrella rental is in the same area. You may find some shade in the rocky area. I loved this beach.

Yes, Horseshoe Bay has bathroom facilities. They also have changing areas and showers.

I won't comment on prices since I have not been there a couple of years but all of Bermuda takes the US dollar. US and Bermuda currency have equal value.

Prices are definately on the high side for burgers and such but not horrible. We usually also pack some protein bars and snacks to take with us.

Is horseshoe bay a good spot for snorkeling?? Is there a place to rent equipment or do we need to bring our own??

Not a good spot for snorkeling. Tobacco Bay near St. George is a good spot and they rent equipment.
