I would search for stuarts cove on these boards and you will see many good reviews. You can also check trip advisor as well. Hope this helps.

We went with Stuarts Cove over a year ago and were very happy. The ride was about 40+ minutes to the boat departure area and then out to two snorkel sites out in the water. The snorkeling was beautiful-not really shallow water but great visibility, lots of fish and coral. The staff was professional and friendly.

We caught one of the boats that dock right behind the straw market . Ours was called BahamasWaterTours. Angelo is the captain and they are on Facebook. It was like $30 a person.

We used Stuarts Cove and were very happy. Nice bus ride to the other side of the island. Boats had plenty of room. We made 3 stops . Two of the stops were 35 minutes each. We saw lots and lots of fish!!! 3rd stop was with the sharks!! You go into the water and hold onto a rope. The sharks are 40 feet below you and are focused on the bait bucket that was lowered for the sharks!! Very cool! We had a blast!! 5 of us in the group ranging 17-56.
