LimeGate! Will a lemon do?

Unfortunately Celebrity isn't the only one that doesn't have limes. There are other cruise lines that don't either. There is a serious lime shortage and everyone is affected. I went to our local grocery store the other day and they were 1.79 EACH!! I'm not happy about it either, but not a whole lot I can do.

 

Here in Myrtle Beach there is a sign "Product of Mexico" and the price of 69 cents each. I plan to bring some on Constellation when we cross the pond later this month.

4/$1.00 here. Even if there is a shortage charge me and extra .25 for my gin and tonic. Imagine going into your local drinking establishment and not getting a getting a corona and lemon?

Holy smokes - the prices are outrageous! I was in the grocery store yesterday and needed limes and thought .33c was crazy since the last time I bought them they were .15c. Now after reading most comments, we have a bargain here. Paying over $1.00 for one is nuts!!!!
