Getaway to Miami

Starboard or portside??? I know it's up to each individual...I'd like to learn what everyone thinks :D

Was just on the Breakaway, Getaway's sister ship. We were on the port side and had a great view of the fireworks from our balcony. However, fireworks aren't more than 5 minutes long.

Sometimes it depends on what your cabin selection is, what's left and what is above or below your choice. We prefer aft or port.

What I'd like to know is who's been on the Getaway from Miami and has had a balcony...starboard or port side...which they prefer & why.

 

Just trying to get different ppl's opinion.

We sailed on DCL Dream & the night we had fireworks I wasn't feeling well. But I was able to see them from our port side veranda ;-)
