Carnivals customer service at the home office is Amazing just thought you would want

All I can say is wow... There was a mistake when I booked a future cruise while on the sunshine last week. I did book early saver and the nice lady at carnval fixed it and made all changes to my booking with no charge or anything. The date even had to be fixed and I still kept the same deposit the 50 pp and my 100 OBC as well.

This was explained to me when I filled out the OBC form and it was denied:

 

When you book on-board it is not early saver promotion. You can tell the guy you want early saver and he may say "OK", but it doesn't happen. The price was the same as early saver so I thought nothing of it.

 

I think it's called the "welcome back" promotion.

 

That said, my PVP got his manager to switch me to Early Saver and keep the OBC without much problem.
