Century and Morning Mimosas

Does anyone know if these are available in the morning on the Century and if so, where? I was recently on the Century but wasn't looking for them at the time. However I am going back in June with my sister who LOVES mimosas. I know she would be thrilled if she was able to get them somewhere. She isn't elite, so wouldn't be able to get them in the elite morning lounge.

If u booked concierge class or better u will have a bottle of champagne in ur cabin. Just order OJ from room service and u can make ur own.

Usually the first bars to open in the morning are the Sunset and Cova, if you had breakfast at the buffet or MDR I'm sure you could order one there.
