Embassey Suites vs comfort Suites????

Haven't stayed in Jacksonville, but we have used Embassy Suites a few times and they are excellent. You get a two room suite (living room with sofa & table & chairs and bedroom) with a tv in each room. Every evening they have what they call a "manager's reception", usually 5:00 or 5:30 for two hours of free drinks. Every morning you will get a full breakfast with cooked to order eggs, omelets, etc. Sort of gets you in practice for the ship's buffet. Like I say, we've never tried Comfort Suites but hope this helps a little.

We have family in Jacksonville, so we just stay with them, not in a hotel when we go there. We are avid fans of Embassy Suites -- we've stayed in several all across the country and have had consistently good experiences with them. You just can't beat Embassy Suites for the value. Of course, my favorite part is the two hours of free drinks every night. ;)
