Specialty Dininng OBC - Equinox

I booked the Equinox for Decemeber using an online TA. The OBC given by the TA includes OBC for Specialty Dining. Here is the customer's notes in the invoice: "Your booking comes with $$$ onboard credit that includes a Specialty Dinner Credit from Company X"

 

I have never had this before so I was wondering it works. Is it just a regular OBC that I can use towards dining or can I use it for something else? If it is to be used only for Dining, is it for any restaurant?

 

I searched here and all I found was people talking about vouchers. Is this the same thing?

 

I emailed the agent asking the same question but I thought I might get quicker answers here.

Well, the TA I am working with was really fast answering my email! I wasn't expecting that. I wish I could hit delete to get remove this thread but I guess it will just get buried as more threads come up.
