It was the first day that I could make the reservations. I called Oceania and someone answered in less than 3 minutes and took care of making the reservations for me. While I prefer to do it myself online, it was really nice to have it taken care of it over the phone. The reservations now show up in "My Booking" on the website now too. I usually manage to book one online and then the system shuts down on me. I phone and am always promptly helped. Glad you had good service.
