Laundry Service?

Sailing on the Dream in the end of June and I was wondering if they still offer the laundry service other than the self service. I have read in older posts that on a select day they offer a service of 1 bag for $15. If this is still available,

1. What day is it offered?

2. Is the charge the same?

3. How large is the bag (how many items...)

4. How long does it take for the items to be returned?

Thanks for your help...

I use the bag on every sailing. As long as I have it in by 10:00 on the day before the last day I always get it back before I need to pack my suitcase. Cost is $15/bag and I was able to stuff a week's worth of underwear, socks, t-shirts, some shorts, my running/workout clothes, two dress shirts, and a pair to jeans in a bag. You just roll them up really tight. This last week I did this, put it one bag and got it back in three, and it was nice to just throw the bags in the suitcase and go and not have to worry about laundry when I got home.

Maybe worth the $15 bucks for not having to do a weeks worth of laundry when you get back!

Absolutely right about stuffing the bag. It's a flat, flimsy paper bag, *not* a grocery bag. Roll up items to pack in as much as possible.

Keep a tshirt for last. Imagine the bag 'wearing' that last shirt, with a tip ($5) sticking out of the pocket, which seems to smooth the way.

You'll get items back neatly folded (not ironed) in two or three bags that your steward will deliver to your cabin.

Leave out things like jeans or sweatshirts, they eat up a ton of space.
