My Thread About Carnivals Premier Cruise Two Players In One Cabin Disappeared

For some reason my thread disappeared. The question was if both people in the cabin have an offer for casino cash do both people get it or is it one offer per cabin.

I received many replies for which I am grateful. Some wondered why my wife received a voucher and they never did. I wondered why she received a voucher but the cruise booked under my name.

I think I have received the definitive answer from Shanie Persaud from the Casino VIP Team. She told me my wife must have received that voucher by mistake because the vouchers are no longer mailed out. They are now left in your cabin and that both of us will get the casino cash if we have any coming. Shanie used the example of $200.00 for my wife and $200.00 for me.

Once again for all of you that responded to the OP thank you so much.

My premier cruise offer received in snail mail showed how much cruise cash I was entitled to. On my premier cruise last fall, the casino also sent me a large envelope in snail mail after I booked the premier cruise. That packet explained all of the perks that I was entitled to on the premier cruise. I received the cruise cash voucher in my cabin. I took the voucher to the casino cage and showed photo ID to get the cash.

However for other casino offers (non-premier cruises) I received the casino cash voucher in snail mail. So it depends on the type of casino offer that you are redeeming.

I get the mail packet every 3 months and its only for the person its addressed to . I get $400 not both and we tried that last year. You both get the cabin price and free drinks in the casino and the drawings that's it. Only 1 gets the casino cash. The Freedom cruise for some reason I only get $300 casino cash the rest are $400.

If understand what you are saying only you received and offer and not your wife. In my case I received and offer for $600.00 and my wife received her own offer for $400.00. Since we both received our own offers we both qualify for the cash. Where my original concern came was from the fact that I did not receive a voucher and my wife did.

If you have a question like that why not just call the casino and ask.........that way you will know the answer is correct.

I think that like when calling Carnival direct and talking to the rep that answers the phone, the answers vary. Asking questions on the boards is pretty much asking what others' experience was regarding similiar situations.

You nailed it. I am tickled pink with the offer and for the most part "Carnival" but the problem is, talk to five people at "Carnival" and you get five different answers on any subject. I did finally get the number for the OPC and got a reply that makes sense based upon the answers I received in the post that disappeared.

This was my experience.

Last Halloween we were already booked on the Magic when I got the premier cruise offer in snail mail. I called my vacation planner and had him change us to the correct code. Both my sister and I each received the casino cash which we just went to the cage to get just like when we call in advance for comps.

We each got access to all of the other casino perks that were given out on the premier casino cruise.

Earlier in the year my sister got a premier casino offer in the snail mail but I didn't. Each of us logged into our VIFP account and both had the special offer. I don't know why I never got the snail mail. Her casino cash amount was different (lower) than mine.

Just this week we both got the snail mail current offer and it's showing on both of our VIFP accounts but this time for the cruise we are planning to take it on the published cash is a set $300 per person.

And by the way they do give you priority boarding and last year the Premier Cruise people boarded before the Diamond/Platinum and FTTF guests. I didn't realize they were going to do that so I went to the VIP lounge because it was my Diamond cruise, and I didn't really like that they let the casino people board 1st.

I have a casino cruise in 19 days and I got the voucher in the mail last week. But, last year on our Premier Casino cruise, we got it in the room. I don't think it matters since they have to find you on a list weather you have the voucher or not.
