We noticed on the rccl website that the prices for cabins have dropped, and a superior ocean view stateroom is less then what she payed for with the deluxe. She HAS MADE the final payment. We understand that a refund is impossible now, but are we able to be upgraded to the superior ocean view because of the price drop? Please help! You should still be able to get a refund because you are before final payment date. An exception might be if the lower price is restricted in some way. Call whoever booked your cruise.
