a Miami limousine question

...on a previous post it was suggested to me to use a limo service to transport my party of 23 from the Miami airport to our Miami Beach hotel...LUV IT...but can anyone suggest a reliable limo service? I have not ever booked a "big" city limo service, only small town stuff and I am not impressed with the small town stuff...late arriving, never showed up to pick us up, minor things like that ...lol.
