jwlane Posted July 30, 2005 #2 Share Posted July 30, 2005 what your kids thought of Rhapsody of the Seas. Our 5-yr old son disappeared for hours at a time, something called Adventure Ocean. Hard to drag him away from it.

Epaul3 Posted July 31, 2005 #5 Share Posted July 31, 2005 We were on the Rhapsody last summer with 4 teenagers ages 15, 17, 19 and 21. The younger 3 had cruised the Adventure 2 years earlier. They all think cruising is now the only vacation we should take anymore. They love being on a ship. The only drawback we had on the Rhapsody was the availability of sports. The Adventure has miniature golf, basketball and volleyball where the Rhapsody does not. My kids are addicted to basketball and volleyball so they did complain somewhat about that... but we all still enjoyed the cruise....Especially since we had booked two inside cabins and I was surprised by winning bingo and the prize was the Royal Family Suite!!!! yea!!! As far as younger kids.. I think the ships offer pretty much the same programs.
