Issues submitting price adjustment claim?

Is anyone else having issues submitting a claim form for price drop? I have everything filled out and hit submit and it looks like it's going to process but then does nothing.

I had same problem. So I searched for the form through the FAQs on Carnival's website. When I used the link from there it seemed to work. Not sure what the difference (if any) was.

Thanks, I searched the way you suggested and got it to work, the only thing that looks different to me is the layout of the page.

When I called with the problem, I was told NOT to use my laptop ( which I was). I went to our house computer and had no problem submitting request.

It worked from my laptop using that method (just as well, as I don't have a desktop!)
