Australia Cruiser - Visas Needed?

My husband and I are considering a Southern Caribbean cruise in January 2015. Specifically, we are looking at the Ryndam cruise out of Tampa on January 4, 2015. I'm a US citizen, so I know I do not need visas to visit any of the ports, but I really can't find any information as to whether Australian citizens need visas. I know he will need either a visa or an ETA/visa-waiver for the US, but I am not sure about the islands.

The cruise we are looking at is round-trip from Tampa with calls in:

Key West, Florida

San Juan, Puerto Rico

St. Thomas, USVI

St. Johns, Antigua

Castries, St. Lucia

Willemstad, Curacao

Oranjestad, Aruba

Georgetown, Cayman Islands

Like I said, I know he'll need a visa or waiver for the US portion, especially since we have plans for an overnight in Tampa before the cruise and in San Francisco on the way back to Australia. But I am not sure and have not found any information on the other stops.

Any information you can offer on visas would be most appreciated. Thanks!

I've visited all these ports several times on cruises and haven't required visas in the past. In the early 90's I had to get visas for visiting French territories such as Martinique but they are no longer required there.

You can confirm on the Dfat (Australian Dept of Foreign Affairs and Trade) website but unless things have changed in the past few years I would think your husband will only need the US ESTA.
