Parasailing and Jet Ski's?

This will be our first time in St. Thomas (Oct - Princess Caribbean). The cruise line does not offer a shore excursion for either of these activities. Can anyone recommend a location that offers both, Parasailing and Jet Ski's that is close to the port and can be reserved in advance?

Sapphire Beach Resort has both.

 

Also Morningstar Beach Resort, which is closer to Havensight where most ships dock.

Do you know if there are any age restrictions for the jet skis? My son is 17 and wants to "drive" a jet ski by himself. He and his father want to rent them but only if they can have their own. Also if you would know the approximate price we are going to Sapphire Beach. Thanks

From Sapphire's Web Site:

"$50 for half an hour: $90 for one hour. Depart from Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. Fast, fun and exciting! You must be 18 years of age or older to drive a jet ski."

 

A taxi from Havensight to Sapphire - around $9 a person, one way.
