Can anyone tell me where the NCL Jade ports in Toulon (Provence), France? And is this port docked or tendered?

When we were there in March, the Jade docked across the bay in La Seyne-sur-Mer. NCL offered a complimentary water taxi to Toulon which is what we used. If docked here, you can also take Bus#8 or catch the bateau bus#8M to Toulon.

 

Apparently, they sometimes dock in Toulon itself but don't know if that dock will be available until hours before they arrive.
