Cabin Upgrades

When I booked our cruise, the agent asked if we wanted an upgrade if one becomes available. I said yes, but now I'm second guessing my decision to have an upgrade. Will Carnival call us first before just changing our cabin should an upgrade become available? We are booked in an aft view balcony, are there better cabins available? Thanks in Advance

Many would argue those are the best cabins, some would prefer a suite. It depends on your preference. I do not think they will always call you for the upgrade, sometimes they will just do it.
