Balconies on Island Princess Dolphin deck

Does anyone know if the balconies on the Dolphin deck of the Island Princess are fully open or at least partially covered? Thanks.

Oh Parrothead, thank you for the info....we have D419 and D501 booked and it looks then like they will be covered! My 78 and 80 y/o aunts would have been a bit upset if they weren't partially covered! I can sleep tonight!!!!!
