When should I get documents for Europe cruise?

I booked directly with MSC via phone. The website is a little hard to navigate and seems to be missing some important features like ability to make payments online but I'm gal that I found this particular info. I am a super early planner and was worried about having yet to receive the cruise docs!

I booked with an agent and haven't had any issues. But I think I will book direct next time as I get twitchy when I don't have full control over every aspect. Control freak here!!! :D

No odea what the name of the port is but taxi drivers take you right there just asking for the port or the ship. The name MDC is very familiar to them in Venice.

 

It takes about 20-30 minutes in a taxi from Marco Polo airport depending on traffic.

We were to the airport in less than 20 mins when we left from Venice last year.
