kymbakitty Posted May 4, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 4, 2014 Looking at these two GS on the Allure. It appears as if the cabin onm the 6th floor is accessible to a lot of things whereas the 10236 doesn't seem to have anything nearby. But I don't know if this is good or bad. We won't have to worry about kids ringing door bells (long cruise when kids are in school)....and it would seem like deck 6 would just have so many things are your door. Is there anything that you would only know if you stayed in either one of these? I know the CL is on deck 11...so neither is in steps of the CL. We don't normally take elevators, period. We don't spend much time in the CLs (husband doesn't drink so he typically can't even be dragged to the social hours, although, this ship appoears to offer a pretty nice breakfast/lunch there so he may be visiting this one). Anything that comes to mind that you wish you knew before you stayed in either? Thanks!!!! Dawn
Tam Tam Posted May 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 7, 2014 I just booked GS 6254 yesterday on the Oasis. We have been on the Allure 3 times, always in that general area, and love it. For us, it is so close to many of the things we enjoy. I was thrilled to be able to get a GS exactly where we like to be on the ship. Have a great cruise!
